MARVIV is a management consultancy founded in 2015 in Lavis, Trentino, by Marco Vivaldelli. We support SMEs and industrial groups on innovation projects, from strategy to execution.
We bring more than thirty years of senior management experience in energy, international project management and digital technology. We work across Italy, with a well-established network in Trentino-South Tyrol, Veneto and Lombardy, and abroad.

Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Automation), Politecnico di Milano. Innovation Manager listed in the Italian ministry’s register for the innovation voucher (2019 and 2023). Member of Manageritalia.
